Emergency Room Visit

 Our Emergency Room
Our emergency room provides medical care for life-threatening emergencies and critical-care patients on weekends, holidays, and nights. We have one doctor and two nurses during the daytime, and one doctor and one nurse at night.

Medical Treatment at Emergency Room

We prioritize patients with severe conditions. Please note that you may have to wait even if you arrive by ambulance.

At the emergency room, our doctor on duty treats you and he/she may not be a specialist for your specific health problems. The doctor provides only emergency treatments. Examinations and prescriptions are the minimum necessary. You may be asked to see a specialist on weekdays for further diagnosis and treatment.

If we are unable to treat your condition at our hospital, we may transfer you to a specialized hospital that can provide emergency treatment.

Hospitalization

You will be admitted to our hospital ONLY if our doctor thinks you need emergency treatment. Even if you wish to be hospitalized, you may be asked to observe yourself at home or at your accommodation if our doctor considers hospitalization unnecessary. Please note that we cannot accommodate all requests.

If You Wish to Visit Our Emergency Room

 PLEASE CALL US IN ADVANCE.
Our medical staff will let you know if you should come to the hospital immediately or not after asking some medical questions about your condition. Your name and birthday are required on the phone before visiting the hospital.
Our main entrance is locked from 9PM to 7AM. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you immediately if you do not contact us in advance.
